Howling wind and thunderous snowfall create the atmosphere. An off-screen voice warns of the extreme weather conditions and recommends wearing warm socks during the show. “Blizzard”, presented by the jack-of-all-trades FLIP Fabrique, is a snow flurry of circus disciplines. They range from original juggling sequences to captivating aerial acts, always spiced up with a dash of Canadian wit. The ambience for the lively all-inclusive journey to snowy Quebec is provided by a musician on his electronically pimped piano. With atmospheric pieces ranging from crazy honky-tonk, he accompanies cheerful snowy days and visually stunning scenes. “Blizzard” is a humorous and versatile ‘Winter Survival Guide’ á la FLIP Fabrique, which captivates with outstanding visual poetry and breathtaking acrobatics.
