“Anno Dazumal” tells the story of a 12-strong traveling circus troupe that brings a bygone era back to life. When they arrive at a new campsite, the circus people start to hustle and bustle: setting up, preparing, erecting the big top. The atmosphere is filled with anticipation and the hustle and bustle of the artists, clowns and musicians preparing for their magical show. And then the time has come … Lured by the lights of the circus tent, people from the surrounding villages flock to leave their everyday lives behind for an evening and immerse themselves in the unique magic of a world full of wonder.
